Project Talon is an internal tool provided by Blackbird. Access is restricted to authorized users. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Do not upload malicious code, or use the service for unlawful activities.
Use the service only for legitimate business purposes.

Information and outputs produced by the service may be confidential. You agree to protect confidential information according to your organization’s policies and any applicable agreements.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackbird will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the service.
